a few weeks ago I went under the needle

I am so happy with the out come

"the messenger"

"the boys"

green one for the oldest

purple one for the younger

(they chose their colours)

buds for grandchildren???

these flowers are a part of a bigger piece that will be started later this month

aside from this tattoo I have four others on my back

and the piece I am getting done

will tie all those individual tattoos together

it is part of the journey

as each tattoo I have received has marked something

in my life

the first one started with my first child

with these recent two there are eight in total

each as meaningful as the next

but this next one

the "big" one

will bring it all together

as I feel is very reflective in my life right now

I know I am still journeying

but I have never felt so myself

as I do now

it is an amazing time

everyday comes with it's challenge

but

I am here

I am me

and it is good
